After discovery, there must be action. To implement change, work collaboratively across varying stakeholders to turn discovery into actionable change deliverables. Then, build your adoption plan and launch to the pilot group.
Be ready to adjust your plan before scaling to end-users. Always stay alert to re-pivot where necessary.
The execution phase is where you implement the Change Adoption Plan you created in Phase 2. Do so by completing the two steps below:
