Introducing CRaT
Before implementing an organisational change, you should assess its reception among your staff and its likelihood of success. The Change Readiness Assessment Tool (CRaT) is an easy-to-use online tool developed based on the Change Readiness Assessment Model created by North Sakara. Built around six (6) readiness assessment pillars, CRaT allows you to evaluate potential challenges in initiating and implementing your change so that you can proactively address them before you begin your change initiative. The readiness pillars assessed in CRaT include:
