  • KPI Measure / Name

A high-level summary of the measure. For example, the number of unique logins 24hrs after go-live.

  • KPI Reporting Frequency

How often will the measure be measured? Is it going to be weekly, monthly, or quarterly?

  • KPI Formula

How will the measure be calculated? For example, "Number of logins/total number of employees expected to log in over the period".

The details of the calculation ensure it’s connected to the data sources.

  • Data Sources, Gathering, Analysis & Owners

Where will the data come from? Which systems? How will it be transformed?

Who will be responsible for gathering the data? Who will take ownership of the accuracy of the data?

How will you analyse the data? Who has accountability and responsibility for the quality of the data?

  • KPI Owner

Who is accountable for realising this KPI? This will usually be the assigned Success Owner or the sponsor.
