The Change Readiness Assessment Tool (CRaT), is an easy-to-use online resource for calculating your organisation's readiness to initiate and successfully implement a transformational change programme.
Built around six readiness assessment pillars described below:
- Vision & Leadership
- Outcomes
- Commitment
- Efficacy
- Knowledge
- Resource
Under each assessment pillar, you will answer a minimum of 5 related questions. Once complete, a readiness score (%) is generated based on your submissions. Based on the readiness score, CRaT will produce a readiness rating of one of the following: Very high readiness, high readiness, moderate readiness, low readiness, or very low readiness.
After completing all readiness pillars, CRaT will generate an overall readiness score and rating.
Finally, CRaT will produce an interim risk assessment and a set of recommendations.
Simple online charts accompany CRaT to help make sense of your assessment results.
CRaT is designed for use by anyone tasked with leading or supporting the initiation of a transformational change programme. This could be:
- End Users of Change
- Transformation Sponsors
- Transformation Directors
- Change Management Consultants
- Programme and Project Managers
- Line Managers and Supervisors
